Who I am: Sound Proof LLC, run by Ben Cheng in the United States. Contact: hello@thesoundproof.co.

What I collect and why

• Your email and first name (if you add it), to send the guide you asked for.
• Whether you ticked the email box and when. I only send posting tips and occasional offers if you ticked it.
• Anything you enter when you book a call or email me, to reply and run the call.
• Page view counts, with no cookies and nothing tied to you. I don't track you across sites, so browser "Do Not Track" settings don't change anything here.

Who else handles it

Netlify (site and sign-ups), Google Workspace (email), GoatCounter (page counts) and Calendly (booking) store it for me, some in the United States. I never sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long I keep it

Until you ask me to delete it. If you unsubscribe, I keep only your email so I don't contact you again.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email, or reply "stop." Email me to see, fix or delete your details. If you're in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

I'll update the date at the top if this changes.
